There is a very special lady named Sahara Damore who has a very special product and website called Heart is Hot. I have written about her product before, last November when I gave one of her hearts to Melissa at Operation Nice, a truly exceptional human being.
The concept is simple and best said by Sahara herself in her Twitter bio. Heart is Hot is a “Pay It Forward concept using trackable recycled glass hearts with individual serial numbers to link people globally.” It is about the simple act of kindness. And spreading it throughout the world…what’s not to like.

Last year I bought a couple of these and sent them along their way out into the world. However, one still remains unsent in my desk drawer. I think it deserves a better home, so I am giving it away. The winner may keep it or decide to pass it on to someone else. Either way, it is so much better than sitting in a drawer.
To win, leave a comment on this post telling me what you think you would do with this beautiful piece. Get an extra entry for tweeting this post – leave me the url of your tweet. (Need help?)
You have until Monday, December 14 midnight PST to leave your comment. I will select a winner using Random.org.
Good luck!

What a neat idea.
Oh, I didn’t know this item !
That’s very nice ! *-*
I think I’d like to smell it, again and again, haha. But I would really like to send it in Japan for a friend of mine. =)
I want to send this on to a friend, but I have to admit, I’ll probably keep it.

Thanks Andi!
Hmmmm, I’ll have to see it in real life to decide if I could really part with it!! But I may get in the spirit and send it to a friend across the country!
