Day 16 Giveaway: Seize the Day Pendant

by Andi on December 16, 2009

Day 16Can you tell that I kind of went through a pendant phase?  I thought this one was really cute, I love positive sayings like this.  “Seize the day” is something I live by, making each day the best I can.  Unfortunately, with this pendant, I don’t like it enough to remember that I (a) own it and (b) to wear it!

seize-the-day

So you guessed it (again!), I am giving it away.  De-cluttering my desk and getting back to being the minimalist I am!

To enter for a chance to win, leave a comment on this post telling me what your favorite expression is.  Extra entry if you tweet this post and leave me the tweet url. (Need help?)

You have until Wednesday, December 23 midnight PST to enter.  Please note that I will not be able to announce the winner for this giveaway until I return on January 1, I will be announcing the winners for Days 11-17 then!

Good luck!

I’d love to have this pendant. I’m actively trying to ‘seize the day’ having given up my job to stay home and write for a few months!

We had a rough 2008 with illness in the family, divorce, etc. So my boyfriend and I vowed that 2009 would be the year of AFATT – “All fun, all the time.” Not saying that there weren’t some most un-fun times in 2009, but when things got us down, AFATT reminded us that things would always get better. We plan to keep this motto through 2010 and beyond.

I need to take that to heart. We are waiting on an adoption to finalize so we can go pick up our little girl… but I need to quit hoping for tomorrow and enjoy today to the fullest!

I love this pendant!! I don’t necessarily have a favorite saying… but my favorite quote is… “You may only be one person to the world, but you may also be the world to one person.” Not sure who wrote it, but it’s good!
