Remember how those YOUs were driving me crazy? Well now that the Bay Bridge has re-opened I am back to my normal commute, and guess what? The mystery is solved. Those damn annoying YOUs have now been replaced with ads from a mobile phone manufacturer called HTC.

It’s funny, I was just reading a post this weekend from Nayante, a blogger in Singapore who works in the cell phone industry. She went to an HTC launch party and was talking about their tagline:
You don’t need to get a phone. You need a phone that gets you.

They sure did annoy the hell out of me for a few weeks, and I am not in the market to replace my beloved iPhone, but I do like the tagline…sigh.
Got a favorite advertising tagline?
