Saw this pièces de théâtre (play) last night in Paris. It is a remake of the original play which has also been made into a movie in France and the U.S. as well. The U.S. version is called The Birdcage with Robin Williams. This version has one of my favorite French actors, Christian Clavier, who was absolutely fabulous. The show ended with the whole cast in drag dancing to “It’s Raining Men.”

I really love the movie “La Cage of folle” with Michel Serrault and someone I forgot his name. So when I saw for the first time “Birdcage”, I didn’t really like it. Michel Serrault is acting soo well that I like him very very much. And he’s the best. xD haha.
I’ve never seen the play, even filmed. I’m wondering how it is with Christian Clavier. haha
