We only spent 36 hours in London. But as our hotel was in a great spot for walking and getting a taste of London, we quite enjoyed it. Here are 5 things I like about London:
1. Cool cabs – we actually did not get to ride in one of these to until the very last night on our way back (after we had been to Paris), but I am so glad we did, it is really big inside, clean and a cool car!

2. Cool phones – these guys aren’t everywhere, but we came across them more often then I thought we would. As I love all things red, I adore these booths, would love to have one at home!

3. Free gossip magazines! Everywhere you walk they are giving them away! Don’t have to go to the store and read them in the checkout!

4. Politeness. All the natives are so damn polite, I love it! Read this sign!

5. The royalty thing. The royal family is ever present, and it is interesting. This photo is from the British Museum – great place with tons of antiquities and beautiful architecture.

London was fun to see, even for a little bit, and could see a second trip to check more out.

I LOVE London! You're right, everyone is so polite.
What! Polite..? You must never have been on the tube, or in the pub late at night:)
Glad you liked London though!
Husband and I have dubbed London our #1 destination on our travel abroad "wish list." This post reminds me just why I'm dying to get there!
